Applying for the Inside Program.

Applications are given out on the 1st Wednesday of every month (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Applicants must bring $20.00 and a valid driver's license.

The minimum qualifications are as follows:
    - Must be at least 18 years of age.
    - Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
    - Must have one full year of algebra with a C each semester or one semester of post high school algebra with C
